Styling is included either way — full glam for the ladies, grooming and camera-ready touch-ups for the gents. It's tailored to you, not one-size-fits-all.

Please allow around 2 hours start to finish — an hour with the stylist, an hour in studio.

Please call us straight away. The day is scheduled back to back, so any delay will reduce your allotted session time.

Totally understand. Think about how much content you'll walk away with — for your website, LinkedIn, email signature, socials — it ends up being priceless.

Bring a few options and I'll help you decide on the day. With 2–3 outfit changes included, you don't have to commit to just one look.

This event is designed for individual bookings on the one date — if you're after headshots for a whole team, our Corporate Headshots service is the better fit and can be scheduled on-site.

Your Session Fee for the Modern Headshot Event is non-refundable, given the limited availability of each date.
If you need to reschedule, just give us at least 48 hours' notice and we'll move you to the next available date — one reschedule is included. Changes with less than 48 hours' notice, including no-shows, forfeit the booking.
