What made you decide to book your shoot?
There are rarely any hpotos taken of me - usually I’m taking the photos of my husband and children. I wanted some images to capture me at this age.
How were you feeling before your shoot?
Excited.
Did anything surprise you throughout the session?
How tiring it is to pose!
How would you describe this experience? How did you feel?
I really enjoyed the experience - it was fun to have my hair and makeup done - and Olivia and Felicity and the team made me feel relaxed and confident.
Would you recommend it to your family and friends?
Yes, I would definitely recommend.
What do you love about life over 40?
I love knowing who I am, being confident in my own skin, and having a better appreciation about what’s important in life.
What part of you feels ageless?
I like like my spirit is young/ageless :)
What have you learned in your 40s that you would tell your younger self?
Stop worrying about things you can’t control and start focusing on the things you can. Stay positive and seize the day!
