Celebrating Milestones: Mr. T's 10-Month Adventure in Centennial Park
There's something magical about capturing a child's curiosity as they explore the world around them. Recently, I had the pleasure of photographing 10-month-old Mr. T, a spirited little adventurer, during a family photo session at the picturesque Centennial Park in Sydney.
Accompanied by his adorable French Bulldog, Possum, Mr. T's eyes sparkled with excitement as he discovered the park's wonders. From the gentle rustle of leaves to the playful ducks by the lake, every moment was a new experience for him.
One particularly heartwarming scene was Mr. T's fascination with the ducks. His determination to get closer, despite the occasional duck poo obstacle, showcased his adventurous spirit. These candid moments, filled with laughter and genuine expressions, are the essence of what I strive to capture in every session.
Centennial Park, with its expansive green spaces and serene lakes, provided the perfect backdrop for this family session. The natural light filtering through the trees added a soft glow to the photographs, enhancing the warmth and connection shared among the family members.
As restrictions eased, it was a joy to be back outdoors, documenting families as they create lasting memories together. These sessions are more than just photographs; they're a celebration of love, growth, and the simple joys of life.
Now that the NSW Government has further eased lockdown restrictions, I am loving being out and about capturing memories for families again (social distancing measures in place of course).
My own kids seemed to have grown so much during covid- lockdown (perhaps it was their endless trips to the fridge!) and I feel I am constantly chasing them to capture stolen moments before they are gone.
